The story
Baxigon was founded in 1991 by Xavier Bassols. Before founding the firm — and over the decades since — he held senior roles at major UPS manufacturers, including time as a global director. The brief was simple: take what he had learned running the inside of the industry, and put it at the disposal of the people building, selling and investing in the rest of it.
The focus today is on strategy and direction for power-industry companies. EV, UPS, solar, storage — the manufacturers, developers, integrators and investors who need someone on their side of the table when the decisions get hard.
